The unique wildlife, surreal locations and incomparable beauty of Mana Pools is no secret. We have made sure of that over the last 3 years.

I still remember my first visit to Mana alongside good friend Morkel Erasmus. Even then, as I stood along the banks of the Zambezi River, I knew that my love-story with this incredible wilderness has just begun.

Today, more than 4 years have gone by since then. I have guided many guests to this portion of the Zambezi River and each one of them have had life-changing experiences, without fail. That’s just how Mana operates. There’s something special in here for everyone, photographer or not.

As you can see from the memories captures above, our guests has superb encounters during 2015. Mana delivered it all!

We spent quality time with African wild dogs and followed them on several hunts.
We got up close & intimate with some of the park’s large old elephant bulls, they provided my guests with not only fantastic photographs but also with experiences that will last a lifetime.
Lions allowed us closer than ever before, giving us the opportunity to watch them and their young cubs on several occasions.

Game viewing was incredible this year!
It certainly only gets better as I get to know the park & its resident animals better. I now understand far clearer where the large bulls like to venture during different parts of the year. I have a better picture of the different lion prides and their territories. I also know where the dogs love to den and where they enjoy spending their days after introducing the pups to the big world after they themselves are old enough to leave the den.

I also have a better understanding of the special light one finds in Mana alone. This may sound strange. In Mana you have a small window, perhaps 15 minutes at best. It is within this small window that you stand to capture the most captivating light you have ever laid eyes upon. It’s hard work, no doubt. The rewards though, are far greater.

2016 will hold more special encounters, it will change more lives and will no doubt build lasting memories with all our new & past guests.

More great news is that we have been able to negotiate our best safari rate yet with our operator in Mana Pools. This is largely due to our great relationship with the camp we use and our belief in experience they offer our guests.

Take advantage of this amazing offer today. Don’t let the opportunity pass you by to see this Garden of Eden, to see Africa the way it was intended to be. There are limited spaces available on these safaris and we would love for you to join us.

Mana Pools is incredible and will change your life.

Passion, enthusiasm and an unquenchable thirst to explore and introduce you to our natural world’s wildlife perfectly sums up my ambitions. I can’t imagine myself doing anything else. Through my African adventures I kept my photographic passion alive. Behind a camera aimed at a lion or a leopard is where I am most at home, my heart skipping a beat at the mere thought of it. My intention has never been solely for recognition but for the plight of what’s left of our natural recourses. Using my love and understanding of wildlife I am able to convey to the viewer more than an image or a fleeting moment. I aim to tell a story, to bring that moment alive to you and to capture your heart through it.
