Cape Town Photo Walks

As many of you will know, we are all about providing our photographic community with the best possible opportunities to explore their passion for photography. One of the ways that we have done this  here in Johannesburg is with our Montecasino Bird gardens Photo Walks and of course, the Masterclass Presentations

Unfortunately we can’t be in two places at once and have received many requests to visit and offer the same sort of opportunities throughout South Africa – and even further afield. With that in mind, we are very excited to announce that we have added James Gradwell’s  Cape Town Photo Walks to our website.

We believe that James embodies the spirit and ethos of what Wild Eye stands for and that he will take good care of, and inspire, each and every guest that joins him on one of these walks.

Over to James!

So back in 2010 when it was still a relatively new experience I started Photography Tours Cape Town the first of its kind for the region. It has grown since then and has now expanded to include another first of its kind: Cape Town  Photo Walks launched beginning of 2014. Some of my best photographs are taken while walking but you need to be careful when walking unfamiliar places alone with expensive camera gear. Also if you are new to an area with limited time, you can easily miss out on key images.

This is what makes Photo Walks so appealing, not only do you get safety in numbers but you are also lead by a local professional photographer who not only shows you the best spots but also offers in the field photographic advice. In order to keep things personalized, group sizes are limited to just 6 people.

We have four different photo walk options spread out Mon – Sat. The walks are currently lead by myself  & Jason Buch.
