I am sure you will have noticed that the results for the 2013 July competition have not been released yet.
In between photographing sharks and the majority of our judges traveling – it’s full on photo safari season – we have just not had the time to do the judging, which involves a lot of time and numerous emails to the international judges, justice.
We, as Wild Eye, place a huge importance on the judging process and that it is beyond reproach. We feel, as we have from the beginning of this competition, that the judging has been fair in every sense.
Since the announcement of the Wild Eye Ambassadors there have been a few questions raised about their winning images and the fact that they ‘work’ for Wild Eye but this matter has also been discussed and dealt with and from the Wild Eye point of view the matter is closed.
With 5 months to go, and 15 spots still up for grabs in the finals why not, in stead of worrying about who has won in the past or who will be entering the competition, get your images together and enter the 2012 Wild Eye Nature Photography Competition to stand a chance to win!
Here are a few links to get you going:[list type=”bullet”]
Make sure to stay tuned to the blog and the Wild Eye Facebook page for more updates and for the double announcement in September when we will announce the winners for both July and August.
You have to be in it to win it so give it a bash! You might just surprise yourself.
Until next time.
